The underdogs and undercats didn't manage to win any of their games yesterday, but somehow things look promising. Somehow.
The boys went up against .32 special and huck you in the morning session. It was rather disappointing. Tanga tanga lang talaga. at least my disappointment turned to amusement in the afternoon session when the girls played three straight games against jeepney, sp, and the flag football girls team.
Captain Pia lead the team, although at first she wasn't too sure of her leading skills on the field. For every decision she makes, she looks at me, ius or gerom for some kind of assurance that she's doing the right thing. sorry pia, kayanin mo yan, mag-isa. hehehe. the boys on the sideline cheered every pass, d, and catch by the girls. everyone else must have been amused by our antics because everyone suddenly was watching the girls' game. it was like watching the finals. hahaha.
good job on the girls team, everyone did well in the effort department, but a little more experience on the side of the beginners would have helped a lot. lufet nga ni jen at pia nagtagal ng ilang points na hinde nag s-sub! and the dynamic duo (melai and rose) kept the team's offense to a staggering high of 15 passes. tama ba ius? o 12?
Hahahahaha. galing ng girls natin. very promising. sana nga lang mag training para di maubos ang skills. noh captain pia?
Nga pala si bossing ni bossing (julie) had a lot to say about the boys team. and i quote: "si yug tama, si ius, tama, si gerom tama, so lahat na lang ba kayo tama? wala mangyayari sa inyo niyan!"
